The target audience of these books are normally middle-class workers with middle-management wages. It's sounds daft, but they're targeting people with money in the first place - or at least people who have can have money. Finance and marketing are guilty of ignoring the working-class workers, or at least believing all they need is love and grit. But, they're out of touch. Hopefully we can break through this nonense one day - maybe it'll be one of us.
